This
is Mike’s 12th
year on the Conservation District Board representing
the County of Amherst. Mike graduated from East
Carolina University in Greenville, N.C. Mike spent
25 years as an Engineering Geologist for Law
Engineering and Testing in Charlotte, N.C. and Wiley
and Wilson in Lynchburg, VA. Currently, he is
working as an Engineering Manager for the Virginia
Department of Minority Business Enterprise.

Virginia Soil &
Water Conservation Board, Region 2000 Apprenticeship Board,
and the Notary Public for the
Commonwealth at Large. He enjoys reading and maintaining a small horse farm at
San Angelo. He is an avid fan of the Duke Blue Devils basketball, Lynchburg Hill Cats
baseball,
and the Carolina Panthers football. Mike and his wife Nancy are active members of
Court Street United Methodist Church. He has two step-children Dale and
Stephanie and six grandchildren. |
