Julie graduated from Appomattox County High School.  She worked for a law firm in Lynchburg for six years before becoming a stay-at-home mom.  She has worked for the District since 1999.  She resides in the Stonewall community of Appomattox County on the farm she and her husband, Tom, have owned and operated since 1983.
